If the recipient's email address was entered incorrectly
Please contact us urgently so that we can correct it in time.
Whether this is a problem or not depends on the type of transfer you made:
It is not a problem if you sent money to your bank account and entered the bank details when setting up your transfer. Using the wrong recipient email address won't stop your money from being delivered, but it will prevent you from receiving notifications from the payment system.

This is a problem if you sent money to an email address and didn't enter your account details.
Whether or not you can cancel the transfer depends on the stage your transfer is at in our system. 
You can cancel the transfer if your money is still being processed. At this stage it is still possible. After canceling the transfer we will send the money back to your wallet and you can create a new transfer, this time specifying the correct recipient's e-mail address. 
Maybe the payment system will return the money back to us if the email address you entered is not valid. Or if the person you mistakenly sent the money to does not have an account in your payment system and does not enter his details within 1 week, the bank will return your money to our bank account. In that case after refunding the transfer, we will send the money back to your wallet and you can create a new transfer, this time specifying the correct e-mail address of the recipient.
Once the transfer is marked as completed, the money goes into the banking system. It means that we cannot cancel such a transfer and we cannot make any changes to the email address. 

What to do
Contact the person whose e-mail address you've mistakenly entered and hope for their decency, ask to return the money back to the Follbee LLC account (the recipient will be able to see the receipt of funds by checking the status of the account). After refunding, we'll send money back to your wallet and you can create a new transfer, this time specifying the correct recipient's email address.
If your email doesn't reach your recipient, we, in turn, won't get your money back and can't return it to your wallet.
